OPENER
SSO SERIES
Used for a first opening of the fibers in the blending processes, this machine allows to obtain a better and more homogeneous distribution of the bicomponent fibers in the mix, or an accurate final blending before its transfer to the downstream machines. It can also be configured for a deeper opening of the fibers or, in other situations, for a gross opening with high production capabilities.
The SSO opener consists of 4 introduction cylinders coated with steel teeth or rigid wires, which work at variable speed in combination with a drum coated with aluminum boards and steel pins. This configuration ensures the processing of most nonwoven fibers.
The machine is often integrated into our IME3 blending line to optimize production capabilities.
SFO SERIES
The SFO opener has been studied to perform a fine opening of the fibers, or for nonwoven material recycling. Its system consists of a feeder belt which unloads onto a pair of introduction cylinders coated with rigid wires; the material is then passed to a carding unit composed of worker cylinders coated with rigid wires and a drum coated with aluminum boards and steel pins, or with rigid wires depending on the type of material to be processed.
The machine can be fed manually or by connection to a bale opener.
SSV SERIES
The introduction of the SSV opener allowed to meet particular needs in the event of bicomponent fibers inside the mix or in case of necessity to perform a deeper opening and more precise mixing of the fibers that have already been processed in blending lines. This machine consists of an air-fiber separator connected to a vertical silo which unloads onto a horizontal feeder belt; the material is then conveyed to 4 introduction cylinders coated with steel teeth or rigid wires, which work at variable speed in combination with a drum coated with aluminum boards and steel pins.
As for our SSO series, this machine ensures the processing of most nonwoven fibers and is often integrated into our IME3 blending line to optimize production capabilities.
SAP SERIES
The most present-day needs for the recycling of material waste or final product laterals, have led to the development of our SAP series.
The SAP opener is composed of a feeder belt which unloads onto a pair of introduction cylinders coated with rigid wires; the material is then transferred to a carding unit composed of worker cylinders coated with rigid wires, which work in combination with a drum coated with aluminum boards and steel pins, or with rigid wires depending on the type of material to be processed. This configuration ensures the recycling of most nonwoven fibers with high production capabilities.
The machine can be fed manually or by connection to a bale opener.
