The company was founded in 1959 in Cittadella thanks to its founder Francesco Battistella, who decided to start his own business by providing customers with the knowledge gained over years of work in the field, combined with skills and a great passion for mechanics.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this, the maintenance of nonwoven lines, and in particular the card cylinder reclothing service, became a key point of the company.<\/p>\n

Near the end of the 70s Francesco\u2019s children started to become part of this reality, bringing professionalism and innovations that allowed the creation of new systems<\/p>\n

for opening, managing and mixing textile fibers.<\/p>\n

This family synergy, combined with a great passion and dedication for one\u2019s work, has led M.T.V. to grow over time, aiming at constant research into development, which has produced improvements and inventions among which is the creation of a high performance crosslapper equipped with a patented and innovative system.<\/p>\n
